I recently visited this location to have my brakes checked out. Not only did I get the brake inspection for free, the mechanic actually took me into the garage to show me my rotors and any potential problems I may have in the future. I was never pressured into buying services I didn't need or talked to condescendingly.
Also, I accidentally left my driver's license there after I left. Since I needed to get on the Air Force base that day I was frantic to find it. When I went back into the store, the counter associate immediately recognized me and gave me back my ID (which I had dropped in the parking lot).
