It's a tiny place, right next door to the historic, elegant, and newly refurbished Liberty Theater, so you can sip your favorite brew while people watching. In the summer, the Sunday Market is set up just around the corner, and there is a sea of white tents for blocks. The Rusty Cup serves Columbia River Coffee Roaster's beans. Try "Thundermuck". It's a favorite. Whatever the weather, it's always nice to slip inside this little place that smells great, and offers fabulous bagels, tea and ice cream.
