In the Raw is where my boyfriend and I go for "date night" almost every week. It is the best place in town for sushi. It is the old Full Moon restaurant up on the hill. They also have a location on Brookside.
The interior is somewhat modern/Asian inspired with candles on every table. (Everyone looks better with candle light). The food is awesome and the service is great. It is the perfect place to go before your night out. If you go you have to try their ITR salad and the Done well roll. They are my absolute favorites. Great place to go if you are needing a separate room for a party or something as well. The food is the best!
