The service is well beyond less than satisfactory. The staff is anything but friendly and helpful. Service was slow. Orders were not prepared adequately. Waitresses did not offer refills, nor check to anything was needed or if all was okay. Managerial staff was just as dissapointing. The quality of the food was not appealing, nor worth the costs. This is not an isolated experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Location is not readily accessible.
