Their customer service sucks. They have huge long lines for returns and their online reserving sucks. I reserved a couple of items when they were on sale, when I got to the store, they told me that they had ran out. if you were suppost to hold it for me, why would you sell it to someone else? The mail in rebates suck and take forever to come. It takes a great deal of calling and complaing before they finally send it on to you. more
