Brick Oven Grille is an authentic Italian restaurant featuring romantic, as well as family style dinners. Besides offering a varied menu of pasta, pizzas, and Italian specialty dishes, they also offer an extensive wine list. The restaurant is located in Hixson, a suburb of Chattanooga, approximately 20 minutes from downtown.
The interior features a beautiful wall mural with an Italian theme, as well as a view of the brick oven from the dining area. Romantic touches include white tables cloths, candles, and cloth napkins.
The entrée are served with a generous salad and bread sticks. My favorite is the Veal Parmigiana with Spumoni for dessert.
Brick Oven Grille is a great choice for anniversaries and special occasions. It is a very popular restaurant, and reservations are recommended. The prices are moderate, and it is my choice as the best Italian restaurant in the Chattanooga area, hands down.
