My husband and I own a condo in Northbrook.We needed some work done on it before we sell it in the Spring.We came upon Interior Maintenance- Exterior Maintenance and after talking to them, hired them to do the job.Because we live in Chicago we were not able to pop in or be there at any time to check on their progress.It did not matter.They knew what needed doing and got the job done.Whenever we called them (sometimes twice a day) Yagil answered the phone and made us feel confident in what was being done and how. From what we understand from our renter, they did a great job and now we can put it on the market and relax.It is nice to know there are companies out there that you can trust to do a good job and not have to wait for their calls or wonder what they are doing.These guys were as quick to finish the job considering the bad snow storms and efficient in dealing with our requests.We would hire them back in a second!
