I actually dreaded going in to lease a vehicle and was mentally preparing for the pushy, overbearing salesman who would no doubt try to get me to buy something beyond what I wanted to spend.
I was pleasantly surprised and actually enjoyed the transaction. Our salesperson was very nice and stayed within the amount we wanted to spend.
We drove the car off the lot that day and I was very impressed that while we were waiting, we were greeted by the general manager of the dealership who thanked us for our business.
They offered free lemonade and popcorn while we were waiting. The showroom was very clean and everyone treated us nice.
