They cold called my 87 year old grandma and offered a free inspection. I was at work/school at the time. We had her air condition serviced 1 month ago from another company, no need for a new unit at this time. They did their scam routine, told her the unit needed to be upgraded, when it was working just fine. She has dementia and I feel they really took advantage of her and she was the perfect victim in their scamming eyes. They charged her $5,100 for a $2,500 unit. I came home after the unit was installed and told them to get off her property. The check has been cancelled and we're filing suit against them after we get an estimate from a reputable company.
