The Poipu Beach broiler didn't have the steak I was looking for but we found tasty offerings that suited our appetite. I had the french dip and it turned out to be definately above average -- the dip sauce had rosemary which made it yummy. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that pleased him. The service was laid back but efficient. They served a plentiful supply of fries -- so much we weren't able to eat them all. The view looked out on a garden, the music system played hula, and the room was sufficiently cooled by fans in an open air Hawaiian style.
