We have waited a year to try this place - the last time we went, we were shut out because of the crowd its food draws. This time, the first thing we did upon arrival was make a reservation and it was a smart idea. We tried for Friday and were told that they only had 9:00 PM or later (too late for people up at 6:00 AM). We managed Saturday at 7:30. However, we noticed that they also do breakfast so we went in for a look see and it was smart move. Pancakes with local blueberries and fresh peaches served with blueberry syrup made my day. A decent cup of coffee (pretty strong) and good service previewed dinner.
At dinner, we had cod (wife) and steak (me). The verdict: Lots of flavor, perfect preparation (the steak was done exactly as requested), great service, reasonable prices (cheap considering the quality.)
When out on the end of the Cape, you don't expect classy, expert service and "downtown" quality food. You usually go for "shore" food and "how you guys doin' " service. Terra Luna breaks that mold - we will be back.
