This Portillo's location has great food, quick service, and a nice atmosphere. The only thing keeping them from receiving 5 stars from me is the high prices and no refills on drinks. C'mon Mr. Portillo...how much money do you really need? A refill costs you about $.01, and a hot dog shouldn't cost $2.
