The Frederick Coffee Co. doesn't have an extensive menu -- just sandwiches, breakfast items, and baked goods. The reason to come is definitely the coffee, all of which is fair trade (meaning that farmers who grew it are paid fairly, which is all too rare in the coffee trade), organic, and roasted on the premises. And best of all, it's open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so it's the perfect place to get your morning cuppa joe and bagel (and maybe a sandwich to take with you for lunch) on your way to that commuter train. If only they added wireless Internet access and more comfortable seating, it would be PERFECT.
