these guys ripped a pair of bed sheets i dropped off. so i took it back and they tried blaming it on me. finally they conceded to take it in an mend the rip and deliver it to me the next day. 3 days later - nothing. so i go by and they've been promisng me the sheets ever day for a week now. i figure they are long gone in someone elses apartment by now. theyve ruined other clothes with bleach stains too..
