City Cafe is located in downtown Rochester, MN. It is a quaint, quiet, little restaurant that is nice to the eyes. The service while dining there was excellent and they were willing to accommodate to what was needed during the experience. However, I was disapointed with the choices. There were only a short list to chose from. If you are a picky eater, I would not recommend it, if you like something different it might be the place for you.
