The Subway of Woodmont next to the Adam's Supermarket in Milford is a preety good sandwich shop. There are usually alot of kids hanging out there at night. But they make a pretty decent sandwich, and I've always found that Subway is a place where you can eat fairly healthy and pretty economically. They have three dollar sub specials depending on the day of the week. And if you take it to go you can supply your own beverage at home and save money.
