I really wanted to get the tokina 16-50mm lens it said it was in stock online. I ordered it on a holiday but the very next day early in the morning i got an email saying that they do not have the lens in stock and are sorry for the mix up and understand if i would like to go else where. This lens is back ordered everywhere so i decide to stay. They stayed in contact with me every week on updates on this lens. Even though i switched my order to the tokina 11-16 lens because after waiting a month there still are no 16-50 anywhere. They tried really hard to get me this lens even though none were getting out. even switching orders was not difficult and the new lens was shipped right away. They know what they are doing and their customer service is amazing. I even got a call from the person who was helping me telling me that she was going away and was still trying to get the lens but that she will be checking emails but may not be in contact often for a couple of days. Those who say they lie or have bad customer service must have dealt with someone else or did not read there terms correctly. Good business and good deals may be a bit more then competing sites but there is a real person to talk to and not some donotreply email and it is a local business and we need to keep them alive
