I had a major carpet problem with one room in particular, and I wanted it clean as soon as possible. However, other companies didn't clean up carpets for such a small area, and I didn't want my entire house to be cleaned out. This was the only place that would do such a service, which I was happy with. Even though the job was well done, they charged a little too much for the small service that I needed. I was a little upset with that, but overall, it was good.
