We have been using Adelphia's High Speed Internet service and will never use dial up again. If you don't have to dial up-DON'T! Their company is pretty good with customer service-they will walk you through the steps if your computer is down-and they always tell you if their services are down on the answering machine when you call. You can also check your email on the web if you are not at home-so they are very accessible!
