As a consumer, there are many times I am disappointed in a local business when it comes to customer service. Well this is NOT the case with 111. Here are the things they did right! 1. Fixed my car - perfectly 2. Every employee I had contact with was very friendly and genuine. 3. They completed the work - on time - when they said the car would be ready - it was. 4. They went the extra mile to fix a little door thing that wasn't a part of the original job. 5. They made the transaction as smooth as they possible could with my insurance and deductible. 6. They are family owned and REALLY care about their customers. Thanks to the whole gang at 111! I confidently recommend Tut's Auto to everyone who needs body work.
