Cottage Inn Pizza locations are all over the city but I can say that their pizza, no matter what the location, really is less than stellar. The cheese is not even near the quality of Pizza House or Spagnulo's (it really pools up grease by the time you pick it up). There really isn't any seating at the business but you can chill while sitting down in the nearby plaza. If you need cheap pizza I'd suggest you spring the extra dollar or two and get either Jet's or drive out to Williamston for Spagnulo's.
