The workout Company had a lot of equipment and very friendly staff. I came here on a guest pass and was very impressed with the facility. They also have a bar that sells health bars and smoothies-great for an after-workout snack. Best of all were the classes. a little too expensive for me though. Also I don't like the idea of sighting a contract.
