The Brass Pickle is hidden away in plaza near Target, but it does good business nonetheless because of its great sandwiches. The sandwich menu is extensive. My favorite is the Sunshine Delight (served warm in pita bread with cheese, avocado, sprouts, and sunflower seeds). The prices are reasonable, and the service is fast and friendly.
