My teenage daughter used to volunteer here. She loves animals and she volunteered here so that she could get some "work" experience to use for applying for other jobs.
We adopted a beagle/hound dog from here a few years ago. The dog was neutered and had all of its shots before we adopted it..
We thought that the staff here was very helpful in helping us find a dog for our family that included young children.
They have a lot of dogs and cats here and they are quite honest with you as to how the animals get along with other animals and humans.
