When I am looking for clothing that is a little more dressy prom dress, church clothes, Easter clothes I like to shop JcPenney. Although their clothes are a little more expensive than some of the other department stores in town I think the quality is better. My son also likes to shop this store. He has bought a lot of South Pole shirts here. The store is very clean. They have a lot of parking both in front of the store and in the rear parking lot. It is located on Washington Street right of M-21 in downtown Owosso.
