I went here for the first time recently and I was impressed. They took the time to explain all services that were being done to me. The decor was really pretty too. I felt like I was at a ritzy Boston salon. Great deals on shampoos and conditioners. My hair stylist was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I loved my hair color and style. The rest of the staff was friendly, but not overbearing. I'll definitely go back. The prices are a little expensive, but it depends on what services you are getting. They also have waxing and make-up application.
