I went to The Total Touch when we first moved to Burlington, and I was impressed with the good atmosphere and friendly staff. The rates were reasonable, though I wasn't entirely impressed with the style I walked out with. I am a very picky person when it comes to my hair! I was impressed with the variety of services they offer, including manicures and pedicures, perms, and coloring. I haven't gone back simply because it is out of the way for me, but it is a nice place.
