Dr. Virginia Palazzo is a caring and knowledgeable Internal Medicine doctor. She is affiliated with Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, which is what I consider the ONLY drawback with having her as a primary care doctor. She has been practicing medicine for at least 20 years and it's clearly evident that she genuinely cares for her patient's well-being. She also has a friendly staff including an excellent medical assistant. There is plenty of free parking behind the medical building and sick visits can usually be arranged for the same day if you call in the early part of the morning. Overall, Dr. Palazzo is a great choice for a PCP.
