Daniela's Cantina has been open since September 2005. It is located in the same exact place where the Aegean Restaurant used to be. I visited this restaurant on 10/8/05 and I couldn't believe the transformation of the inside! The owners definitely spent some major money on re-vamping the interior to create an authentic Mexican restaurant atmosphere. The entrance/waiting area is a bit crammed, therefore I recommend making reservations so that you do not have to wait to be seated. The staff demonstrated some uncertainty and discombobulation (which is to be expected of a new restaurant) yet they always remained professional and pleasant to everyone. We were a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed their food. The margaritas were excellent! Overall this is a great place for Mexican food in the burbs and I would go back in a heartbeat.
