UCR Extension center has classes for working people who want to learn some more crap but don't want to actually enroll as a part time / full time student. So if you want to learn then step on up. The fees are subsidised by your tax dollars so might as well use what you are paying for. Try taking a class on public speaking, highly recommended. Don't bother with their crappy math classes though, noob math 101 won't get you anywhere. Math for retards is more like it.
