i went to their volvo parts store and got a replacement headlight for one that was stolen from my car. even though it was technically just a store (but it is connected to their service store as well), the people were nice and looked at my car and described to me how they believed my headlight was stolen and (since it was really easy to do) installed my new headlight for free (took all of ten seconds). but still, it was nice of them. also a plus, college students get 10% off parts, (but not service).
