I was looking for hardwood floors, but ended up leaving the store without getting much help.
The staff seemed to be busy with other customers and I was look around for 10-15 minutes before anyone came over to me (even though I had asked for help). When I asked questions about caring for hardwood floors, I was given the generic "it's easy to clean" without too many additional details. The sales associate seemed to want the same more than he wanted to help.
Based on this experience, I would not come back.
