Finally there is a fish market that is worth a damn. Aquarius has fresh fish flown in every day. I am amazed at the quality. The taste and texture of the fish I've gotten from Aquarius is similar to what I would find in good seafood restaurants. They can give good pointers on preeparation. In summer, they pack your order in ice to prevent spoilage. They know fish.
It's not a cheap place. What do you expect for good, fresh fish?
