this locally owned motel is located just a block away from university of idaho. gambibo's italian restaurant and prospetors's are also only a block away. rooms are clean and rate is very reasonable. staff is friendly and helpful. saturday morming's farmer's market (weekly special event) is a few parking lots away, good if you are not going to stay in bed late. it is also a grey hound terminal so that's and added convenience for budget travellers. one of the cheaper places to stay. highly recommended.
