The Black Angus Restaurant is run by former Mayor Jim Jenkins. This is one of those small, friendly atmosphere restaurants where you are just as likely to be waited on by the former Mayor of Terre Haute as one of the waitresses. Well known for posting political zingers on the restaurant's sign, Jim runs a high class restaurant with excellent food.
