I have my account with this bank for half a year, and closed the account because I can’t stand their customer service. My banking transactions are usually simple deposit or withdraw, but each time I go to the bank, the transactions always take over 5 minutes. The reason I bank with them is because they have higher interest for savings account and provide many free services, but I had so frustrated when I go that I rather pay for the service at another bank. more
