I use to go to Tom Young's fitness center awhile back and I wouldn't go back. Most of their programs are geared more toward women than men and they just don't have the selection of gym equipment that I like to use. When I use to go there is was always a fight to see who got what machine next. Their prices were fairly high too, I think they are lower than gold's gym now but I still prefer to workout at home than go to a over crowed gym.
