Located across the street from Fort Eddy Plaza, Panera is for 2000 what Au Bon Pain was for the 90's. Incredibley popular with Concord set & routinely packed during the lunch hour. Medicore pasteries and okay coffee. The pasteries all tend to taste identical. The sourdough bread is pretty good & sandwiches are not bad. Staff is generally okay and on the friendly side. Good in a pinch.
