If you are looking to get your car repaired, I would avoid Berger's in Ionia. We took our Suburban there and it was a terrible experience. Originally they said it would take 24hrs to fix the problem. Four days later we finally got our car back. Each time we called to inquire about our car, they were rude and never apologized for the delay. Worst of all, they never offered a car to us during the days they worked on our car. What an inconvience!
