i recently purchased a hot tub from family pool spa and billiard and their service is great! they took care of everything for me. the delivery was free and it even came with a free set of stairs for the spa. the spa broke the first time that i set it up with water, and the next day they had a maintance guy out there to fix it! they have great service and i am very pleased with them!
