when i came into their store looking for the perfect surface, their staff was there to help me out right away! we discussed what i wanted and when i needed it, and then it was checked to see if they had it in stock. it wasn't in stock, but i needed it quickly so the manager ordered it for me rush next day delivery for free! they were extremely helpful and i will never go another place again!
