Custom Nails is one of the better "cheap" pedicures I have had. They are all very friendly and really try to make you feel comfortable with the language barrier. They just got new massaging chairs that really make the experience relaxing. They do not use the "illegal" razor on your foot (unless asked) and they take the time to make sure you have gotten what you want as well. they do not rush through the massaging of your legs either and do a great job all for $20. I plan on going back often.
