Hair by Tony is a great cheap place for men. They are very quick and do not require appointments. They do a decent job, but usually get the hair a little too short. They also do eyebrow waxing that is very good for men, they don't make them too thin and girly like. They are not the most personable but they are good as long as you don't require a lot of styling but just want a cut.
