A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to enjoy a few hours of play at Palazzo Di Bocce in Orion Township, as well as a very good lunch!
My work had an outing here (in which they paid), so I'm not sure how pricey this is, but I was overwhelmed by the beauty of this establishment. They aren't far from the Palace of Auburn Hills (maybe a mile north on US24), so they are quite convenient to the northern suburbs.
After a short introductory lesson from one of the on-site pros, we greatly enjoyed a few games of Bocce on their immaculate courts. It's much more challenging on the clay courts than it is on grass, so go lightly on the tosses.
Lunch was wonderful too--very authentic and tasty! I highly recommend the bruschetta, Insalata di Angelo, Lasagna, and Canolis! Yum!
