I have had more instances of bad service with Home Depot than I can even count. I can never find anyone to help or answer questions. On the rare occasion I do, they never quite get around to answering my question as they are too involved in a lengthy sales pitch. I even had one MANAGER tell me that he would not give me a quote on a special order item as I "obviously couldn't afford it". WHAT?!? That kind of service is NOT the way to win customer loyalty. I no longer shop there, because of a luandry list of similar circumstances. more
