I have had extremely poor experiences with Gene's. I went there once to inquire about a high end memory card for my digital camera, and they showed that they had one in inventory, but refused to look for it when it wasn't in the place that they had expected it to be. Then, when trying to rent professional equipment from them, I was told that they "didn't know" if the camera that I was requesting was booked or not for the specific day. They are clearly knowledgeable, but their customer service needs a huge overhaul. more
