When I think of quality, the first thing that comes to mind, is people that actually care about their jobs. And frankly the one place that stands out more than others when I think of this, would have to be the staff of the Tom and Calico Cat. They have all the latest style clothing, and frankly will tell you if you look like a fool, or look like you know what your doing. The prices are very reasonable, and usually they will ad match just to make sure you the customer feel like your getting a wonderful deal.
