I’ve been to the Hilo Seaside Hotel once a few years ago. It’s a no frills hotel the bare minimum of amenities. They have cable TV, mini fridge, and some rooms have A/C others just have ceiling fans. They accommodations are not the nicest but they the room rates are pretty cheap. They do have a restaurant in the hotel but the food isn’t all that great. I’d recommend it to those going on a short trip to the Hilo.
