I used Devere to help me get a mortgage for my house. They say that they guarantee that they will get you the lowest rate. After a little shopping they really did have the lowest rate. They had very friendly service. The only complaint that I had with the company is as I was getting to the end of the home buying process the guy that was working with me, his name was Tony, just disappeared and I almost lost the house I wanted to purchase. Tony ended up moving to a different office many counties away and some how they lost track of me. In the end I was happy and they did a great job.
