OK, I know this is a dealership (which means expensive for service) and in Manhattan (which means expensive for everything) but this place is just nuts. They will overcharge you outrageously and then lose your car for the rest of the afternoon. You'd be better off buying a new car elsewhere than letting these people rotate your tires.
